The NLME consortium May meeting was held in Berlin, Germany on the 10th of Setpember 2007.

The meeting objectives were:

• Agree the critical milestones for achieving our short to medium term tactical objectives
• Review the NLMEc Proof of Concept scope and objectives, and discuss the PoC participation procedures
• Review priorities for updating the URS and plan assignments Agree the role and set up a standards working group

The highlights of the meeting were the re-alignment of the Consortium Goals and Objectives, the setting up of a focused working group to define what standards were required to support NLMEc requirements, a plan for moving the Proof of Concept into its public phase, and plans for updating the URS document to the next version.
